Hair restoration made for women.
For thinning, traction loss, and high or uneven hairlines. Technique and harvesting are adapted for the way women's hair loss presents, often without shaving the whole head, and a physician plans every case. From $1.50 USD per graft, at an INVIMA-licensed clinic in Medellín.
Different hair loss, different plan.
Women's hair loss rarely looks like a man's. It is more often diffuse thinning or a hairline issue than a bald patch, so the approach, and how much of your hair we work around, is different too.
Often without shaving
In many cases the donor area can be harvested without shaving your whole head, so you can return to daily life without an obvious change.
Lowering & reshaping
Bring down a naturally high hairline, soften an uneven one, or rebuild temples lost to traction from tight styles.
Diffuse thinning
Add density through areas that have thinned over time, placed to blend with the hair you still have rather than stand apart from it.

Every case in our gallery is one of our own patients, photographed at the clinic, across hairlines, crowns, and density.
A hairline, brought back down.
Janet's hairline had crept back and thinned through the temples. Working with her own hair, single grafts rebuilt a soft, lower hairline that frames her face again. Drag the handle up and down to see the change.

Who it is for
Many causes of hair loss in women are best assessed before any surgery, because some respond to medical treatment and some are not suited to a transplant at all. The consultation exists to sort that out honestly. A transplant tends to suit you if:
- You have a naturally high or uneven hairline you would like lowered or softened
- You have traction loss at the temples from tight styles
- You have stable, localized thinning with a healthy donor area
- You want a permanent result and are in good general health
If your loss is diffuse or still active, the physician may recommend protecting and treating the hair you have first, and will tell you so on the call rather than book a procedure that will not hold.
A real clinic, not a back room.

Send a few photos. A physician reviews your hair loss and donor area, and is honest about whether a transplant or a medical option is the right first step.
Your plan & trip
We confirm the plan, whether it can be done without shaving, and an up-front price, then help you pick dates. The concierge handles the logistics.
1–2 days in Medellín
The procedure is outpatient and done under local anesthetic. You are awake, comfortable, and walk out the same day.
12-month regrowth
Transplanted hair sheds, then regrows from around month three. Density builds through month twelve, with WhatsApp check-ins the whole way.
What recovery actually looks like.
The honest version, so there are no surprises. Most patients are presentable within days and back to normal life quickly; the visible result then builds over the year.
First 48 hours
Mild soreness and tightness, managed with simple medication. You rest, keep the area clean, and sleep slightly elevated. You can fly home after this point.
First week
Tiny scabs form around each graft and the donor area settles. With a no-shave approach the change is easy to keep discreet while everything heals.
Weeks 2 to 4
Scabs are gone and the transplanted hairs shed, this is normal and expected, not a setback. Your hair looks much as it did before, while the roots settle in.
Months 3 to 12
New hair starts growing from around month three and thickens steadily. Most of the result is visible by month eight, with full density through month twelve.
A look at where you'll be treated.
Calm, modern, intentionally not clinical-feeling. Four of the spaces you'll move through during a typical visit.
Women's hair transplants, answered.
Will my head be shaved?
Often not. In many women's cases the donor area can be harvested without shaving the whole head, so the change is not obvious day to day. The physician confirms what is possible for your case in the consultation.
Am I even a candidate?
Some women are excellent candidates; others have a type of loss better treated medically first. That honest assessment is exactly what the free consultation is for. If a transplant will not hold, we will tell you.
Is the result permanent?
Transplanted follicles come from a part of the scalp resistant to pattern loss, so they are permanent. Existing hair can still change over time, which is why the physician plans the case with that in mind.
How long is recovery?
The procedure is outpatient under local anesthetic. Most patients have mild soreness for a day or two and return to normal routines within a few days; regrowth then builds over the year.
