About Dra. Maya
Dra. Natalia Maya is the lead doctor at Colombia Care. She was raised in
Canada and English is her native language, so English-speaking patients
hear everything directly from their doctor, with no interpreter in
between and nothing lost in translation.
That shows most in how she presents the process. She takes you through
it in depth: what the assessment found, why she recommends a given graft
plan, what happens on the day, and what the months of regrowth will look
like. She answers every question herself, until the plan is completely
clear.
Her work begins with the consult, not the chair. She treats every case as
its own problem: the same graft count can produce very different results
depending on hair-loss pattern, donor quality, and the health factors
behind the thinning, so she takes the time to understand all three
before recommending anything.
That careful read is what makes a plan realistic. Rather than promising a
single fixed outcome, she maps what is achievable for your hair and walks
you through the trade-offs in plain language, so you make the decision
with a clear picture of the result.
Patients most often mention two things about working with her: that they
understood the plan completely before committing, and that the support did
not stop at the procedure. She stays involved through the months of
regrowth that follow.
