Brows that look grown, not drawn.
Restore eyebrows thinned by years of over-plucking, scarring, or age. Each follicle is placed as a single hair, at the low, fanning angle a brow grows at, so the result looks like your own. From $990 USD, at an INVIMA-licensed clinic in Medellín.
Her brows, designed to fit.
They measured and mapped my brows to my own face before anything was placed, so the shape actually suits me. I do not pencil them in every morning now.
Eyebrow transplant patient, Medellín
The most precise work we do.
Eyebrows are unforgiving: the hairs are fine, they lie almost flat, and they fan in changing directions across the brow. Getting it right is less about volume than about angle, and that is where a physician's hand shows.
Placed one at a time
Brow hairs are implanted individually, not in the small clusters used elsewhere on the scalp, so the line stays fine and believable.
Flat, fanning direction
Each hair is set at the low angle and shifting direction a natural brow grows at, the difference between a brow that looks real and one that looks stuck on.
Designed to your face
The brow shape is mapped to your features and what you want, then refined with you before a single follicle is placed.
Eyebrow transplants, real patients.
Real Colombia Care brow restorations, before and after. Single-hair placement by a physician for a natural, grown-in line.
Transparent, upfront pricing.
Eyebrow restoration starts at $990, quoted in full after your consultation, with no surprises on the day. It is one of the smaller, faster procedures we do, restoring shape and density in a single session.

Who an eyebrow transplant is for
It suits anyone whose brows have thinned and not grown back, whether from years of plucking or threading, scarring, a medical cause, or age. Because it uses your own hair, the result is permanent and can be trimmed and shaped like natural brow hair.
- Over-plucked or over-threaded brows that no longer fill in
- Gaps from scarring or past injury
- Naturally sparse or patchy brows
- Thinning with age
A consultation confirms whether a transplant or another option is the right step. If it is not, the physician will say so on the call.

A day in Medellín
The procedure is outpatient and done under local anesthetic. You are awake, comfortable, and walk out the same day.
Settling & growth
Transplanted hairs shed first, then regrow from around month three. Brows fill in and can be trimmed and shaped normally, with check-ins along the way.
What recovery actually looks like.
Brow work is one of the gentlest procedures we do. Most patients are back to normal life within days, and the result grows in over the months that follow.
First 48 hours
Tiny crusts form around each new hair and the brows look a little pink. You keep the area dry, avoid rubbing, and can fly home after this point.
First week
The crusts flake away and the redness fades. Most patients are back to normal routines within a few days; we guide gentle washing by WhatsApp.
Weeks 2 to 4
The transplanted hairs shed, which is normal and expected. The brows look much as they did before while the roots settle in.
Months 3 to 6
New brow hair grows in and fills out. By around month six you can trim and shape it like the rest of your brow.
A look at where you'll be treated.
Calm, modern, intentionally not clinical-feeling. Four of the spaces you'll move through during a typical visit.
Eyebrow transplants, answered.
Will I need to trim them?
Yes, a little. The transplanted hairs come from the scalp, so they grow slightly faster than original brow hair and benefit from an occasional trim. In return, they are permanent and behave like your own.
Will they look natural?
That is the whole challenge of brow work, and why a physician places every hair individually at the flat, fanning angle a brow grows at. Done right, the result reads as your own brows, not a drawn line.
Is it permanent?
Yes. The follicles are taken from a part of the scalp resistant to pattern loss, so once they settle in the brow they stay.
How long is recovery?
Tiny crusts around each new hair settle within about a week. Most people are back to normal routines quickly; the brows then grow in over the following months.
