I can't speak highly enough of my experience at Colombia Care. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like family. The operating room was immaculate, and the entire procedure was incredibly smooth.

The team was both professional and genuinely friendly, striking the perfect balance between expert care and personal warmth. Believe it or not, even as they were working on my scalp, I was actually enjoying myself! And while the sedative might have played a small part in that, it was mostly thanks to the fantastic team at Colombia Care. They also helped me with my Spanish a little bit! Haha!

I didn't want to leave! Every step of the way, they made sure I was comfortable and well-informed. I flew in from NYC specifically for this procedure, and I can say without hesitation that it was worth every mile traveled.

My once balding crown is now on its way to being a thing of the past, and I owe it all to their skill and care.

My experience with Colombia Care Hair transplant was simply great. they excited all my expectations. The treatment went really well, practically no pain during the process and all the after treatment care was excellent. I highly recommend this Company to do your hair transplant.

After finding out about Colombia Care via a friend I felt comfortable to reach out to the company. After 5 minutes I had a very informative call with doctor Maya. Within a couple of weeks I was scheduled and ready to go.

From the moment I stepped into Colombia Care, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that made my hair transplant procedure a truly comfortable experience. The staff, from the nurses Mimi and Martica (true lovely nurses) to the doctor Natalia (very professional and lovely to talk to), were exceptionally caring and attentive, ensuring that I felt informed and at ease throughout the process.

A special shout-out to Herney, the agent who was with me every step of the way. His assistance, patience and guidance were invaluable, and he played a significant role in making the whole experience seamless. Carlos (thank you for nothing, inside joke), the camera guy, also deserves a mention for his friendly demeanor and ability to make anyone smile.

The facility itself was top-notch, clean, and equipped with the latest technology, which gave me confidence in their services. It was even in the same building as the studio of Maluma, Carol G and J Balvin. The results speak for themselves, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome until now.

My experience with Colombia care was a wonderful experience. I received great customer care from the beginning to end and I love how someone stays in contact with me throughout the recovery phase. They have responded quickly through text anytime I have a question. I’m only 4 weeks post procedure but the results are great and as expected thus far. My journey with Colombia Care was truly an extraordinary experience. Upon my arrival in Medellín, I was immediately embraced by the clinic's exceptional service. Their attention to detail was evident, right from arranging seamless transportation from the airport to the clinic, to handling my hotel booking - a package that included a delightful all-inclusive breakfast.

I'll admit, I was initially anxious about having my head shaved. But the team at Colombia Care, sensitive to my concerns, thoughtfully tailored the treatment according to my needs. They shaved only the necessary areas for my temple transplant, which greatly eased my worries.

The procedure itself was painless, a testament to their professional service. But what truly set this experience apart was the genuine care displayed by the individuals who attended to me. I received superior nurturing from two incredible nurses, Mimi and Marthica. Their kindness and dedication made a significant difference in my overall experience.

Carlos, the photographer and art director, was another outstanding member of the team. His talent and friendly demeanor made him a joy to interact with. Dr. Natalya, with her expertise and reassuring presence, instilled in me a sense of calm and confidence about the procedure. And Herney, the office administrator, ensured everything ran smoothly and efficiently.

Three months post-procedure, I'm ecstatic to see the impressive results. My hair growth in the previously troublesome areas - the temples and hairline - is visibly improving. I'm optimistic that in a few more months, my hair will be even healthier and fuller.

My experience at Colombia Care was incredible and exceeded all my expectations. The team went above and beyond to make me feel at ease before and during my procedure. Dr. Natalia Maya and her team of nurses (Marta and Mimi) were delightful. Their professionalism and dedication to the patients were admirable. I am almost two weeks into my procedure, and the healing has gone wonderfully. For anybody researching hair transplant clinics, I say look no further. From the very beginning Dr Natalia was very kind and informative during the video consultation. She answered all my questions and explained the entire procedure. When I arrived in Medellin they were in touch with me every step of the way. From the nurses to the doctors and as well as the transportation to and from the hotel, everyone was so kind and supportive. Even the hotel they provide was very nice and close to the doctor. The procedure was really not as painful as I had imagined. The nurses were very kind and make you feel as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure, they even sang salsa songs during the procedure which was a lot of fun
lol There was a bit of discomfort with the anesthesia but it really wasn’t that bad. They provided me with a very good meal in between the procedure as well. The follow up the day after went very well also and they provided me with all the after care prescriptions I needed. All in all I would have to say Colombia Care gives a 5 star service for hair transplant procedure from beginning to end and the plus is you’re in Medellin! You can plan a vacation at the same time like I did pre procedure, so much to do, great people meet and places to visit. Just patiently waiting now to see the amazing results from the procedure and definitely won’t be my last time visiting Medellin😉
