A fuller beard, built to look like it grew there.
Fill patchy spots, define the jaw, or build a full beard from sparse growth. Using your own permanent follicles and a physician's eye for direction and density, the result reads as natural, not transplanted. From $1.30 per graft, at an INVIMA-licensed clinic in Medellín.
Gabriel's beard transformation.
I wasn't sure whether to do the procedure before making the decision, and now I'm so glad that I did. Best decision I have made.
Gabriel, beard transplant patient
Your own hair, moved to the beard.
Follicles are harvested from the donor area at the back of the scalp by FUE, then implanted one by one into the beard. Because the hair is yours, it grows, greys, and can be shaved or styled like the rest of your beard.
Patchy areas
Close the gaps where growth has always been thin or never came in, so the beard reads as even rather than spotty.
Shape & jawline
Sharpen the cheek line, connect a moustache to the chin, and give the jaw the definition a strong beard frames best.
A full beard
Create density and coverage from sparse growth, with the angle and direction planned so each hair lies the way a beard naturally falls.
Beard transplants, real patients.
Real Colombia Care beard cases, photographed at the clinic. Each one planned and placed by a physician for the way a beard naturally grows.
Transparent, per-graft pricing.
You pay per graft, quoted up front after your consultation, with no surprises on the day. A beard case is usually smaller than a scalp case, and runs a fraction of the US, Canadian, or UK price for the same work.

Who a beard transplant is for
The ideal candidate has patchy, uneven, or sparse beard growth and a healthy scalp donor area to harvest from. It suits men who want to shape a beard they can grow, shave, and style permanently rather than fill in with makeup or fibers.
- Patchy cheeks, gaps, or a thin moustache-to-chin connection
- A beard that never fully came in
- Scarring or past injury in the beard area
- A healthy scalp donor area and good general health
A consultation confirms whether your donor area can deliver the beard you want. If it cannot, the physician will tell you on the call.

A day in Medellín
The procedure is outpatient and done under local anesthetic. You are awake, comfortable, and walk out the same day.
Growth over the year
Transplanted hairs shed, then regrow from around month three, filling in through the year, with WhatsApp check-ins the whole way.
What recovery actually looks like.
The honest version, so there are no surprises. A beard transplant is gentle on the face, and most patients are back to normal life within days.
First 48 hours
Tiny crusts form around each implanted hair and the area looks a little pink. You keep it dry, sleep so nothing rubs the beard, and can fly home after this point.
First week
The crusts settle and flake away. Most patients are back to normal routines within a few days; we guide you on gentle washing by WhatsApp.
Weeks 2 to 4
The transplanted hairs shed, which is normal and expected. The beard looks much as it did before while the roots settle in.
Months 3 to 6
New beard hair grows in and thickens. By around month six you can trim, shave, and shape it like the rest of your beard.
A look at where you'll be treated.
Calm, modern, intentionally not clinical-feeling. Four of the spaces you'll move through during a typical visit.
Beard transplants, answered.
Where does the hair come from?
From your own scalp donor area at the back of the head, harvested by FUE. Because it is your hair, it behaves like the rest of your beard once it settles, and can be shaved and styled normally.
Will it look natural?
Natural beard results depend on the angle and direction each follicle is placed at, which is why a physician plans and performs the work. Hair is placed to lie the way a beard naturally falls, not in straight rows.
Is it permanent?
Yes. The transplanted follicles come from a part of the scalp resistant to pattern loss, so once they regrow in the beard they are there to stay.
How long until I can shave?
Most patients return to normal grooming within a couple of weeks, once the area has settled. Transplanted hairs shed first, then regrow from around month three and fill in through the year.
