Do you have a clinic in Cali?
No. Our only clinic is in El Poblado, Medellín. You do the evaluation online from Cali or from the US, and travel to Medellín, about an hour's flight from Cali, for the procedure.
I split my time between the US and Cali. Where do I start?
Wherever you are right now. The free online evaluation works the same from the US or from Cali: you upload photos, a physician reviews them, and you get your plan and price in writing. Many patients do it months ahead and schedule the procedure for their next trip to Colombia.
How many days do I need in Medellín?
For most cases, one or two nights: arrive the day before, have the in-person consultation and the procedure, and leave after the first check and wash at the clinic. Your exact schedule is confirmed in your consultation, before you book a flight.
What does it cost?

How do I get from the airport to the clinic?
There are direct flights between Cali and Medellín every day, about an hour long, landing at José María Córdova (MDE) in Rionegro, 30 to 45 minutes from El Poblado depending on traffic. A private driver is available through our concierge.
How does follow-up work once I am back in the US?
The same as from Cali: your first wash happens at the clinic before you leave, and controls at months 1, 3, 6 and 12 are done by photo review and WhatsApp, wherever you are. If a later trip takes you through Medellín, you are welcome in person.
